History It was in 1999 that CTRING as a DVR research and development company. In those days, analog recording systems were most commonly used to protect and to monitor physical spaces. The users accepted the limitations inherent to analog recording systems. CTRING's engineers had the intuition that the typical analog recording architecture would be short lived. So, CTRING believed that direction of the future was the high-tech to user-friendly digital architecture. Thus, CTRING pioneered the first real time D1 High-Resolution system. Even through all the DVR industry's skepticism of this new market technology, CTRING's team developed and perfected the solution.
